Feed neighbors. Be fed.

Make your membership contribution here and get the online Farm Market Stand link in the "thank you" email!

Good Courage Farm, an affiliated ministry of The Episcopal Church in Minnesota, invites our community to sign up for our second season of Faith Community Supported Agriculture (FCSA). Your $100 membership (a tax-deductible donation for which you will receive no direct services or goods) supports Good Courage Farm's ongoing partnerships with First Nations Kitchen, Casa Maria, and the McLeod County Emergency Foodshelf. In 2024, the non-profit shared more than 13,000 servings of fresh, local produce with neighbors experiencing food insecurity. Your membership donation, in connection with God's abundant earth and the prayerful labor of volunteers and staff, will make that same generosity possible in 2025.

Membership has benefits! As a thank you for your donation to our 2025 FCSA, you'll get access to GCF's Online Farmer's Market, where you can purchase and enjoy regeneratively grown fruit from the farm, delivered to our partner churches on Sundays from May to October. The CSA model "consists of a community of individuals who pledge support to a farm operation so that the farmland becomes, either legally or spiritually, the community's farm, with the growers and consumers providing mutual support and sharing the risks and benefits of food production" (USDA definition).

How does the FCSA work, exactly?

  1. You become a member of the 2025 FCSA by making a $100 gift here to support our food-sharing ministry.
  2. We send you a link and a password to our Online Farm Stand, which opens in May.
  3. Farm Stewards and staff spend the summer growing good food regeneratively. Together, we prepare half of the produce for donation to our partner organizations.
  4. Each week, the Online Farm Stand is updated with farm-fresh produce for you to purchase and enjoy. Order the varieties you'd like in the quantities you need, paying through our "GrownBy" sales platform.
  5. Staff and volunteers deliver your order to your church pick-up site on Sunday mornings. Yum!
  6. Weekly emails update you about what's in season and all the good work you're making possible.
  7. Members and partners are invited to join us on the farm for an end-of-season Harvest Festival in early October.
